Is there a minimum age to book or attend a Padel Getaway retreat?Yes, all participants must be at least 18 years old to book or attend any Padel Getaway retreat. This ensures all activities, accommodations, and experiences are suitable for adult travelers.

Is there a deposit required?Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before departure.

I'm a beginner—are your getaways suitable for me?Absolutely! We welcome players of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. Our coaches adapt the sessions to suit your skill level, and we often group players by ability for certain drills and sessions.

How many hours of padel are included per day?Most getaways include 1-2 hours of coaching and structured sessions daily, plus additional time for free play or friendly matches. The exact schedule varies by destination.

Do I need to bring my own padel racket?While we recommend bringing your own racket if you have one, we provide high-quality rackets for those who don't have their own or prefer not to travel with equipment.

What's the coaching format?Our coaching sessions combine technical drills, tactical scenarios, and gameplay situations. We maintain a low player-to-coach ratio (typically 4:1) to ensure personalized attention.

Do you arrange flights?Our packages don't include flights, allowing you flexibility in your travel arrangements. However, we're happy to provide advice on flight options if needed.

Do I need travel insurance?We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers sports activities. This should include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

What about COVID-19 policies?We follow all local health regulations and implement additional safety measures. Current policies are communicated prior to your trip. Flexible rebooking options are available should travel restrictions affect your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus a €150 administration fee. Cancellations between 30-59 days before departure forfeit 50% of the package price. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Can I transfer my booking to another person?Yes, you may transfer your booking to another person up to 30 days before departure, subject to a €50 name change fee.

What happens if you have to cancel the getaway?In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a getaway, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available trip.

Can I change my booking to a different date or destination?Changes to different dates or destinations are subject to availability and may incur a change fee. Changes made less than 60 days before departure are treated as a cancellation and new booking.
